The purpose of this course is to provide the candidate with an understanding on how to integrate different value streams and activities to create, deliver and support IT-enabled products and services, and relevant practices, methods and tools.

The ITIL 4 Create, Deliver and Support qualification is one of the pre-requisites for the designation of ITIL 4 Managing Professional which assesses the candidate’s practical and technical knowledge about how to create, deliver and support digital services, teams and workflows successfully. At the completion of this course students will learn how to practically apply ITIL 4 concepts in their work environment to ensure efficient and effective service management. The key learning outcomes are:

  • How to apply the service value system and a shift-left approach to increase agility
  • How to plan and manage resources to achieve a collaborative and
    integrated workgroup environment
  • The important role of artificial intelligence and machine learning in advanced analytics, support and process automation
  • How to create workflows for a new service and user support

    and support of digital services
